God is a God of power, not talk.
One of the things I taught my children was "be careful who you talk to and what you talk about, because you 'pick-up' the (bad) spirit of that person. Whatever that person is suffering (emotionally), you will suffer - even though you actually are not".
As you listen to all that is on the internet - especially when it comes to government failings, what is the result in the people? Worry!
Same with when you don't 'feel' well; you go to the doctor; when it comes to health failings, what is the result in people? Worry!
I have a long, long history as one who has endured much without corrupt words entering into my spirit. As a result, I have overcome each challenge triumphantly. (Proverbs 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.) This is how you guard your heart and protect your spirit.
I learned that each time you talk about about your cares, you magnify them; but when you allow no talk regarding them, they have no choice than to die. Proverbs 18:21 says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof."
You see, if you want victory over any area you suffer in, you must not talk about them, but give them over to the LORD!
I have learned how to trust fully in Jesus who is the author and finisher of my faith (Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.) This is the deed of faith. (Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.)
